What is the Petite Princess Subscription Box?
The Petite Princess Box is a monthly subscription box that includes a collection of hair accessories, jewelry, clothing accessories and more for princesses starting at 12 months old.
Every month, the queens in our palace put together a lovely collection of goodies that match our monthly theme.
How are items in the box selected?
The items in the box are hand-selected based on our unique monthly themes. Each box contains a mix of 4 hair accessories, clothing accessories or unique princess items.
Is there a deadline?
Yes, the deadline for the subscription boxes is the 1st of each month. Any sign ups after that date will be automatically sent next months box.
When do the boxes get shipped?
Boxes are shipped on the 5th of every month to ensure that you receive your box in a timely manner.
When does my credit card get charged each month?
Your credit card will get charged the day you sign up and on the 15th of every month following that.
How can I update my shipping address?
Login into your account and update your information! Please update your shipping address before the 1st of each month to ensure your box arrives to the correct address.
Is shipping included?
No, due to our international shipping options, shipping is a separate cost.
Can I purchase a box if I live outside of the United States?
Yes, we gladly accept American and Canadian orders
What is the Petite Princess Boutique?
Our boutique is where you can purchase accessories that have been included in past boxes. These items range from necklaces, hair accessories, clothing accessories and more.
How long is shipping to Canada/United States
Shipping normally takes 5-7 business days for shipping within North America. Please be aware that shipping may be delayed due to busy seasons/unexpected delays within the postal service.
How can I cancel my subscription?
sign into your account to view details of your subscription service! There is an option for cancellation if you do choose to cancel the subscription.
Can I give these boxes as a gift?
Yes, there are three different subscription options for gifts. You can purchase a 1 month, 3 month or 6 month subscription package. this package does not auto-renew
